Success at the Tulsa Shootout!

Cochran and Concept take home another driller in the “A” Class Non-Wing Feature! Concept Chassis filled 19 of the possible 120 starting spots in the five (600) Shootout classes. Concept Chassis landed 8 race cars in the “A” Class Non-Wing Feature including the top 4 finishing positions which were held by the (7C) of Chris Cochran, (40) J.J. Haley, (40S) Rodney Stealy, and the (24) of Nathan McMillin. Also, the (16B) of Billy Cribbs wrapped up the 9th spot, followed by Kevin Swindell (13E) in 10th. Jimmy Wood (38J) and Cole Ketcham (41K) also made the A main. Also, six Concept Chassis made the Outlaw Non-Wing Feature. Cole Bodine (57) finished 6th, Chris Koch (41) 10th, Zeke Lewis (33Z) 14th, Drew Shiveley (05) 19th, along with Devon Huff (4U), and last but not least Cole Ketcham (37). In the “A” Class Wing Feature, Kevin Swindell (13E) snagged the 5th spot. Chris Cochran (7C) and his counterpart Steven Shebester (82) also made the show but were dealt some misfortunes. Proudly, Concept Chassis slammed their only two restricted race car drivers who were present in the Shootout! J.J. Haley (31) and Craig Ronk (26) made the A main but unfortunately, DNF. Congratulations to all of the Concept Chassis drivers who did well at the 28th annual Tulsa Shootout! For those who had a rough year, better luck next time.

Concept Chassis Inc. is taking it to the next level in 2013! With another year nearly complete, Concept Chassis looks back at a great summer of company growth and customer wins. From California, Oklahoma, to Pennsylvania it has been an outstanding season for us.

The 2012 four bar, split bar chassis was very impressive this season. We progressed with a good amount of research and development throughout the season to further our winged program. Consequently, our already dominant non-wing racecar also improved. We still offer the original set up options for our customers that remain championship worthy.

New additions like the banana ram pan hard bar have continued to improve our chassis and exceed our customers’ expectations. In 2013, some new additions to the design of our already appealing body will be incorporated along with additional set up information that Rodney himself and his trusted customers have compiled from the 2012 racing season. Thank you everyone for racing with Concept Chassis!
